Gramatica en contexto - Madrid Edelsa 2011 - 445 p.

GRAMÁTICA EN CONTEXTO has been prepared by a team of authors who have been working for years in Brazil, it presents 60 reference grammar topics and 2 phonetic and spelling appendices that follow the rules and terminology of the New Grammar of the RAE (2009) and the Pan-Hispanic Dictionary of Doubts (2005). It is intended for both classroom work and self-study. It is aimed at students of Spanish from the initial level (A1) to the advanced level (B2+). The chapters are organized following the general progression of Spanish courses and take into account the different stages of learning. Each of the 60 chapters is organized in four steps: In context: recognition of grammatical structures from authentic texts. The forms: schematic presentation of the structures. The uses: pragmatic explanations. Training. The content is presented through 250 authentic language samples, with a great diversity of textual genres (literary, journalistic, blogs, song lyrics, advertisements, etc.). Given that the understanding of the texts does not guarantee the learning of linguistic structures and that a misinterpretation can create false friends, after reading, identification and reflection activities are proposed. Collect examples of the different varieties of Spanish. It offers a clear exposition of the contents through tables, diagrams and additional clarifications that facilitate the understanding of the topics. It provides 465 graded, varied and challenging exercises in which three steps are followed: Identify: recognition of structures. Practice: controlled exercises on forms and uses.
